Yoon Yoo is the physiotherapist and founder of Active Rise Health. With a genuine passion for musculoskeletal health and rehabilitation, Yoon established the practice with a simple goal: to provide high-quality, accessible physiotherapy to the Western Sydney community.
Yoon's approach is straightforward — listen carefully, assess thoroughly, and deliver treatments that produce real results. Whether you're recovering from an injury, managing a chronic condition, or working to improve your movement and function, Yoon takes the time to understand your specific situation and goals.
In addition to clinic-based care at Mays Hill and Westmead, Yoon offers home visit physiotherapy for NDIS participants and aged care clients who are unable to travel to a clinic — bringing the same quality of care directly to patients in their own homes across Western Sydney.
